Scalextric is the best known Slot Car system in the UK.
I didn't have a set as a kid, but my friends did.
Later in life, as a working bachelor with too much money and not enough sense,
I treated myself to a "Mighty Metro" Set. This was a mistake.
I should have bought a bigger set!
The bug bit, and I started to collect stuff and modify things. During busy periods at work we would go to my house at lunch time and burn off some stress on the track. Later, I organised race meetings to raise money for charity. This is harder than you might think. These pages contain all sorts of slot car related stuff. As usual,follow the links on the left.
